1. About Aurelio World

Aurelio World offers premium door handles, mortise door handles, architectural hardware, and related home improvement products.

The words “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Aurelio World” refer to Aurelio World. The words “you”, “your”, and “customer” refer to visitors and customers using our website.

2. Product Information

We try our best to display product images, prices, finishes, colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately.

However, actual product colour, texture, finish, and shine may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural finish variations.

Customers are requested to carefully check product size, finish, door compatibility, quantity, and installation requirements before placing an order.

3. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This does not mean the order is finally accepted.

We may cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, incorrect price, incorrect product information, payment failure, wrong customer details, delivery location issues, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless mentioned otherwise.

Prices, discounts, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

We accept payment methods available at checkout, which may include debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, COD, or other supported payment options.

Aurelio World is not responsible for payment delays, transaction failures, or banking/payment gateway issues caused by third-party providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather, courier delays, wrong address, customer unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

6. Installation Responsibility

Aurelio World sells door handles and hardware products. Installation should be done by a trained carpenter, technician, or professional installer.

We are not responsible for damage caused due to wrong installation, incorrect drilling, wrong door thickness, improper handling, use of harsh chemicals, scratches during installation, or customer-side modifications.

Installation charges, carpenter charges, repair charges, or labour charges are not covered by Aurelio World.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please inspect the product before installation. Once the product is installed, used, drilled, damaged, scratched, or modified, it will not be eligible for return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, logo, text, design, graphics, banners, videos, and brand elements, belongs to Aurelio World.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or use our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aurelio World shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including installation costs, labour charges, business loss, delay loss, or damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product in the order.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice, products are sold without any additional warranty.

Any warranty, if provided, will apply only to manufacturing defects and will not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, misuse, wrong installation, exposure to chemicals, rust due to environment, or colour/finish changes over time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
