Cast in sand.
Finished by hand.
We don't mass-stamp our hardware. Every Aurelio lever is independently cast in high-density sand molds using molten brass heated to 1080°C. After cooling, the raw metal undergoes a rigorous 4-stage manual refinement process: precision grinding, structural sanding, hand-polishing, and protective lacquering.
By balancing traditional high-heat casting with hand-finishing, we create door hardware that feels natural to grip, completely free of clinical machine edges, and structurally built to last for generations.

Four Finishes.
One Solid Base.
Every Aurelio handle is built on the exact same foundation: high-density solid brass. From there, we apply four distinct surface treatments. Whether left to age naturally or sealed for absolute consistency, each finish is engineered to feel honest to the touch.
Tobacco Color
Smoked Brass with warm smoky-brown finish. A softer, contemporary alternative to classic black hardware.
Matt Black
Graphic, quiet, and unchanging. Glare-free finish designed to stay entirely constant forever.
Antique Brass
Deep & traditional metallic tone. Shadows the handle's contours and darkens beautifully with handling.
Satin Brass
Warm, hand-brushed architectural gold. Mellows naturally into a soft ochre patina over time.
