Refund policy

This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on www.aurelioworld.com.

At Aurelio World, we sell premium door handles and hardware products. Please check all product details, size, finish, colour, and compatibility carefully before placing an order.

1. Return, Replacement and Refund Eligibility

Return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Missing product or missing parts received
  • Wrong product received
  • Different colour or finish received from what was ordered

For all eligible cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video and product photos.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong model selection, wrong finish selection by the customer, wrong product selection by the customer, or if the customer no longer wants the product.

2. Complaint Must Be Raised Within 48 Hours

For damaged, defective, missing, wrong product, or different colour/finish cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund claim.

The unboxing video must follow these conditions:

  • Video must start before opening the sealed package
  • Full package opening must be recorded clearly
  • Product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice should be visible
  • Video should be continuous without cuts, pauses, or edits
  • Damage, missing item, wrong product, or colour/finish difference should be clearly visible
  • Product must not be installed, used, scratched, or modified
  • Without a proper unboxing video, return, replacement, or refund request may not be accepted.

4. Product Condition Requirement

For any approved return or replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Undamaged by customer
  • Free from scratches, dents, drilling marks, stains, fitting marks, or signs of use In original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories, screws, fittings, tags, labels, manuals, and invoice
  • Once the product is installed, fitted, drilled, modified, scratched, damaged, or used, it will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

5. Colour and Finish Difference

If the colour or finish received is different from the colour or finish ordered, the customer must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video.

Minor colour, shade, shine, texture, or finish variation due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batch difference will not be considered a defect.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Return, replacement, or refund will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer ordered the wrong product, size, model, or finish
  • Customer changed their mind after placing the order
  • Product has been installed or used
  • Product is scratched, dented, stained, drilled, fitted, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Product is damaged during installation
  • Product is damaged due to customer handling, misuse, improper storage, or cleaning chemicals
  • Original packaging, invoice, accessories, screws, fittings, tags, or labels are missing
  • Unboxing video is not available or is unclear
  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product was sent back without approval from Aurelio World

7. Approval Process

After receiving your email, our team will review the unboxing video, photos, and order details.

If the issue is verified and approved, Aurelio World may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the case and product availability.

Please do not send the product back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refunds usually take 7–10 business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, installation charges, carpenter charges, gift wrapping charges, or convenience fees are non-refundable.

9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped by emailing support@aurelioworld.com.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Aurelio World reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect order details, or delivery restrictions.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Aurelio World, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

10. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or failed delivery may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.

11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
