Standard orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of payment. Custom finishes and bespoke sizing may require 10–14 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Yes. We work closely with interior architects, designers, and contractors on trade accounts. Trade clients receive priority processing, consolidated packaging, and access to our full finish range. Reach out to us at hello@aurelio.in to open a trade account.
Yes. We offer individual sample handles in our most popular finishes — unlacquered brass and hand-patinated bronze. Sample orders are dispatched within 3 business days. The cost of samples is deducted from your first full order of ₹10,000 or more.
Unlacquered brass is raw metal with no surface coating. It will develop a natural patina over time — deepening in colour, especially in areas of frequent touch. This process takes months to years and results in a finish unique to your home.
Our aged bronze is chemically patinated before it leaves the foundry, giving it a deep, warm tone from day one. It changes very little thereafter, making it ideal if you want a consistent, controlled finish.
Very little maintenance is needed. A dry cloth wipe after regular use is enough to keep it clean. Avoid chemical cleaners entirely — they strip the developing patina. Once a month, a tiny amount of natural beeswax polish can be applied if you want to refresh the tone. The patina at year two is the reward of year one. Let it age.
We photograph our hardware under controlled studio lighting, but unlacquered brass is a living material — its tone shifts with light, temperature, and handling. The colour on your screen will also vary based on your display's calibration. We always recommend ordering a sample first for projects where exact tone matching is critical.
Yes. We ship to select countries across the GCC, UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated international delivery is 10–18 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Every Aurelio order ships in our signature matte kraft boxes with tissue wrap and a hardware care card. We use no plastic packaging. Bulk and trade orders are consolidated with individual piece labelling. All orders are fully insured in transit.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Custom finishes and bespoke orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email hello@aurelio.in with your order number and we will respond within 2 business days.
Please email hello@aurelio.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We rarely have issues in transit, but when we do, we resolve them quickly.
